• Generated videos are produced automatically using AI models
• We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or suitability for any specific purpose
• Promo-Shorts is not responsible for how generated content is used, published, or distributed

4. Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated, generated videos may be used for commercial and marketing purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising laws and platform rules.

5. Payments and Credits

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Credits may expire or be subject to usage limits
• Failed generations do not consume credits
• Refund policies, if any, are described at the time of purchase

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the service
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the system

7. Service Availability
